Bday Foodz!

It was the 2nd half of the Unhealthy Vegans bday last week!

I made him a gluten free lasagna:
brown rice noodles
tvp crumbles
mushrooms, onions, spinach
tofu ricotta (mashed soft tofu with fresh rosemary)
tomato sauce with green olives
new teese on top!


And boston 'cream' pie style cupcakes:
Cake made with the BabyCakes basic vanilla cupcakes (out of the book)
Cream and ganache from the Cupcakes Take Over The World book!
