It was the 2nd half of the Unhealthy Vegans bday last week!

I made him a gluten free lasagna:

brown rice noodles

tvp crumbles

mushrooms, onions, spinach

tofu ricotta (mashed soft tofu with fresh rosemary)

tomato sauce with green olives

new teese on top!

And boston 'cream' pie style cupcakes:

Boca patty with sauteed mushrooms, tofutti cheese, vegenaise, bbq sause, relish (I forgot the lettuce oh well) on a piece of sourdough bread.
