I have been making this a lot recently but with random ingredients I have left over in the fridge/freezer/pantry

udon noodles

frozen 'asian mix' veggies

baby bella mushrooms

diced yellow and green onions

sliced fresh ginger

fresh basil

gardien steak chunks

sauce (to taste):

soy sauce

curry powder

ginger powder (just a dash)

cayenne powder

pizza

This is the second giant pizza we made on Friday.

Homemade dough

1/2 spinach, mushroom and grilled yellow squash

1/2 pineapple and yves 'ham'

topped with fyh cheese
